Sie führt derzeit die Erweiterung der Armin-Maiwald-Schule (AMS) in Monheim durch. Die Maßnahme umfasst mehrere miteinander verzahnte Bauabschnitte (Neubau N2 sowie Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen in den Bestandsgebäuden A1 und A2), die teilweise parallel ausgeführt werden und terminlich eng aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
