Da die mit dem bisherigen Dienstleister abgeschlossene Rahmenvereinbarung demnächst endet, strebt die Kreisverwaltung den Abschluss einer neuen Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Abrufverpflichtung über die Nutzung des Dienstrad-Leasings an. Es handelt sich um den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Abrufverpflichtung. Die maximale Höchstmenge wird auf 100 Einzelleasingverträge festgelegt.
