Zgodnie z zapisami Dyrektywy 2014/101/UE, wprowadzającej zmiany w ramowej dyrektywie wodnej (2000/60/WE) kraje członkowskie powinny stosować normę EN-14614:2008, a w razie jej aktualizacji, podążać za tym. Realizacja niniejszego zamówienia pozwoli na spełnienie tego wymogu.
