## About this tender

Le présent marché comprend la conception, la construction des ouvrages de génie civil, des fondations, les terrassements et VRD (Voirie et Réseaux Divers), la charpente, l'étanchéité, la couverture, la fourniture d'un pont bascule en option. Les travaux comprennent également le second oeuvre, notamment les menuiseries, les serrureries d'une zone de bureaux. Les principaux ouvrages et bâtiments à construire dans le cadre de cette opération sont une chaufferie biomasse avec silo de stockage pour le réseau de chaleur exploité par R3C. A titre informatif, la volumétrie financière des travaux serait répartie selon les hypothèses suivantes : GROS-OEUVRE : 80% ; VRD/TERRASSEMENT : 20%.
