Um interne Ressourcen auf Kernkompetenzen zu fokussieren, sollen ausgewählte Systeme – darunter die Alfresco Content Services (ACS) DMS-Plattform – als Managed Service ganzheitlich durch einen externen Dienstleister betreut werden. Ziel ist eine ganzheitliche Betreuung inklusive IT-Servicemanagement nach ITIL, Weiterentwicklung, Requirement Engineering (inkl. UI/UX) sowie Alfresco Applikations- und Systemadministration. Der Ansatz erfolgt in einem agilen DevSecOps-Produktteam, das alle Rollen und Skills abdeckt. IST-Zustand: Der aktuelle Managed Service läuft bis 31.05.2026. Für die Transition zum neuen Dienstleister sind ca. zwei Monate vorgesehen. Soll-Zustand: Der Dienstleister übernimmt die Betreuung der ACS-Plattform und zugehöriger Komponenten (On-Premises gehostet, Webbasierte Frontends in Azure, ein Clientbasiertes-Frontend). Schwerpunkte sind: ITSM nach ITIL mit Servicemanager als SPOC und Brückenkopf. Weiterentwicklung von Frontend-Systemen (mit ADF/ADW) und Entwicklung/Einführung neuer IT-Komponenten. Requirement Engineering unter Berücksichtigung der Alfresco-Standards und UI/UX. Administration der Alfresco-Plattform inkl. Release-Management und CI/CD. Die Anbieter müssen in ihrem Angebot Konzepte zur Erfüllung dieser Anforderungen sowie eine transparente Kostenstruktur darstellen.
