Das Gebäude soll von den Lehrstühlen für naturwissenschaftliche Didaktik und Teilen der Bauchemie ("NDB") genutzt werden. Das Gebäude wird aus 4 Vollgeschossen (Erdgeschoss und 3 Obergeschosse) und einen Staffelgeschoss errichtet. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die fachgerechte Neuausstattung der Laborräume dieses Gebäudes nach Kostengruppe 473 gemäß DIN 276:2018-12 im Rahmen des 2. Bauab-schnitts. Bei den auszustattenden Laboren handelt es sich im 1. Obergeschoss um größtenteils chemisch-analytische Labore gemäß GefStoffV, im 2. Obergeschoss um chemische-bauphysikalische Labore gemäß GefStoffV und im 3.
