It includes the requirement to lead on a national business development model for subscriber onboarding to this scheme as well as providing day-to-day subscriber support and factoring in national variations in provision. The successful tenderer will also be required to work with Arts Council Ireland and the “All In” UK based Project Lead team, to develop and deliver an initial pilot of the scheme in the Republic of Ireland.
