## About this tender

Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Dans le cadre d'une densification de sa résidence route de la Fortune, OPAC SAVOIE souhaite réaliser deux bâtiments locatifs : l'un sur les espaces disponibles (verts et parkings), l'autre après démolition d'un petit immeuble de 4 logements. Il devra être proposé a minima 25 nouveaux logements. La construction se fera en site occupé, en tenant compte du fait que 28 familles vivent sur place. La date de démarrage prévisionnelle du 01/09/2026 est une date indicative. Visite sur site facultative selon les modalités suivantes : L'équipe pourra librement visiter le site de l'opération. La part de l'enveloppe financière affectée aux travaux par le maître de l'ouvrage est fixée à 3 995 000,00 euro(s) HT
