Строителният надзор се изпълнява в задължителния обхват съобразно изискванията на ЗУТ, изискванията на Наредба №3 от 2003 г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството, с отчитане на изискванията на Наредба №РД-02-20-1 от 5 февруари 2015г. за условията и реда за влагане на строителни продукти в строежите на Република България на МРРБ, ДВ бр.14/20.02.2015г. и всички законови и подзаконови нормативни актове в областта на строителството в България. Упражняването на строителен надзор цели качествено изпълнение на СМР, за което ще следи квалифициран консултант.
