Durata aferenta proiectarii(DTAC+DTOE+PT+DE)=30 de zile (15 zile predare DTAC+ 15 zile predare PT-dupa obtinerea DTAC vizat spre neschimbare), inclusiv verificarea tehnica a proiectului de catre verificatori de proiect atestati conform legislatiei in vigoare. Durata aferenta executiei+asistentei tehnice=11 luni Verificarea tehnica de calitate (cf.Legii 10/1995) ramane in sarcina contractantului. Contractantul va depune documentatiile tehnice etapizat, respectiv DTAC+DTOE, ulterior obtinerii AC, se va preda PT+DE, astfel incat in maxim 12 luni proiectul sa fie complet implementat. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile.Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare este cel tarziu in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor(cu respectarea art.173, alin.2 din Legea nr. 99/2016).
