Die Rahmenvereinbarung dient der Regelung der grundsätzlichen Leistungsbeziehungen zwischen der Auftraggeberin und dem Auftragnehmenden. Ferner werden die Anforderungen an die einzelnen Leasingverträge sowie die Entgeltumwandlungs- und Überlassungsverträge für die Nutzung durch die Mitarbeitenden geregelt. Die Auftraggeberin schließt als Leasingnehmerin für jeden Mitarbeitenden einen Einzelleasingvertrag über das gewünschte Fahrrad mit dem auftragnehmenden Unternehmen ab. In die Leasingleistung sollen auch Zubehörteile und Nebenleistungen wie z.B. die Inspektion, Wartung und Versicherung der Fahrräder einbezogen werden. Zwischen der Auftraggeberin und den einzelnen Mitarbeitenden wird ein Entgeltumwandlungs- und ein Überlassungsvertrag geschlossen.
