## About this tender

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je novostavba víceúčelové haly a realizace investic v rámci areálu víceúčelové haly v centru obce Tuchoměřice. Budova haly je navržena jako dřevostavba s nosnou konstrukcí ze dřeva s plochou střechou, má 2 nadzemní podlaží a je nepodsklepená, založena na pilotách a plošné základové desce. Stavba bude sloužit jako víceúčelový bezbariérový objekt pro potřeby obyvatel obce, z něhož pouze místnost sportovní haly a navazující hygienické zázemí jsou určeny i pro školní výuku. Součástí objektu jsou rovněž dvě klubovny pro dětské mimoškolní aktivity, malý sál sloužící jako mateřský klub, nájemní bytová jednotka a byt správce. Sportovní hala disponuje čistou hrací plochou 15 x 27 m plus 1 m boční doběhy plus 2 m čelní doběhy. Tj. světlý rozměr haly 17 x 31 m. Světlá výška haly je 7 m. K tělocvičně náleží příslušné zázemí šaten, sprch a skladu tělocvičného nářadí.
