## About this tender

Die Ruhr-Universität Bochum (nachfolgend Auftraggeberin) beabsichtigt, ein in ihrem Eigentum befindliches Baugrundstück mit einem Institutsgebäude für die Fakultät für Informatik der Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB, Auftraggeberin) zu bebauen. Die Realisierung dieses Vorhabens erfolgt im Rahmen einer Öffentlich-Privaten Partnerschaft (ÖPP) mit einem privaten Partner. Gegenstand der Partnerschaft sind Planung, Bau, langfristiger Betrieb und Finanzierung des Gebäudes sowie der erforderlichen Grundstücksflächen. Die Finanzierung dieses Projekts soll im Wege einer Forfaitierung mit Einredeverzicht erfolgen. Während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit bleibt die Auftraggeberin zivilrechtliche und wirtschaftliche Eigentümerin des Baugrundstückes (Inhabermodell).
