El fin último del objeto del contrato es vertebrar las acciones para implementar el desarrollo de las estrategias en materia de energía enmarcadas en el Plan Director de Innovación del Ayuntamiento de Huelva 2024-2027. En base a este plan, el Ayuntamiento de Huelva se compromete con la innovación como factor esencial para acelerar su desarrollo urbano bajo la triple lógica de la sostenibilidad económica, social y medioambiental.
