De opdracht omvat het transporteren, leveren, plaatsen, huren, gebruiksklaar opleveren en na afloop demonteren en verwijderen van een tijdelijke modulaire klasaccommodatie op de locatie Breedstraat 194, 9100 Sint-Niklaas. De totale configuratie omvat 38 modulaire units, bestemd voor leslokalen en bijhorende circulatieruimtes, te gebruiken voor onderwijsdoeleinden gedurende de volledige huurperiode. De accommodatie bestaat uit één bouwlaag. De totale vloeroppervlakte bedraagt: • Zone klassen 1 t.e.m. 10: 380,84 m² • Zone klassen 11 t.e.m. 18: 342,84 m² De tijdelijke schoolinfrastructuur dient uiterlijk op 15 juli 2026 volledig gebruiksklaar opgeleverd te worden. De initiële huurperiode bedraagt 60 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging indien noodzakelijk voor de continuïteit van het onderwijs.
