Het RUP kan op de gemeentelijke website worden geraadpleegd: [oudenburg.be/rup-abdij-in-procedure](https://www.oudenburg.be/rup-abdij-in-procedure). In navolging van het masterplan voor het centrum van Oudenburg (’t Steedje) wenst het bestuur de abdijsite verder te ontwikkelen en hiervoor een ruimtelijk uitvoeringsplan op te maken. Het plangebied bestaat uit de volledige abdijsite (het Romeins Archeologisch Museum, ipso facto, het abtspark, de Abdijhoeve, het notariskantoor, de parkeerzone, de evenementenweide) en de aanpalende woningen in de Marktstraat. De komende jaren wordt aldus verder ingezet op de afwerking van de Abdijhoeve-site. Naast de invulling van het zwembadgedeelte en de optimalisatie van de evenementenweide, wordt er werk gemaakt van een moderne en functionele parking. De stad Oudenburg wenst aldus een ontwerper en een veiligheidscoördinator aan te stellen voor de infrastructuurwerken voor de aanleg van de parking. De opdracht omvat de volgende percelen: - perceel 1: de opmeting van de bestaande toestand - perceel 2: het begeleiden van de opdrachtgever met het oog op de opmaak van een conceptstudie - perceel 3: de studie, leiding en toezicht van en op de totale infrastructuurwerken - perceel 4: de taken van de veiligheidscoördinator (ontwerp en uitvoering). De opdracht zal worden toegewezen aan 1 dienstverlener, voor de 4 percelen.
