Les travaux seront réalisés en site occupé. Le contrat comportera des engagements de performance mesurables en termes d'efficacité énergétique et d'impact carbone. L'engagement contractuel du titulaire portera sur un niveau de consommation énergétique fixé dans le programme performanciel. La durée prévisionnelle du marché est de 156 mois à compter de sa date de notification, décomposée en 2 phases : a) phase conception-réalisation d'une durée prévisionnelle de 36 mois environ .
