Die Abwärme wird über zwei Rückkühler abgeführt. Der Primärkreis ist ein Solekreislauf, die Heizungs- und Kältenetze sind wassergeführt. Die Wärmeverteilung erfolgt über Heizkörper, Fußbodenheizung, Umluftheizgeräte und Heiz-/Kühldecken, die Kälte über Kühldecken und Umluftkühlgeräte. Verrohrung, Dämmung und Brandschutz sind Teil des Leistungsumfangs. Im 2. Obergeschoss ist die Installation an der Decke oder einer Tragkonstruktion geplant, welche durch den AN gewerkeübergreifend auszuführen ist.
