For nærmere beskrivelse af de udbudte ydelser, herunder de krav ydelserne skal opfylde, henvises til kravspecifikationen (bilag 2) og tilbudslisten (bilag 1). ABR-18 (Almindelige betingelser for Rådgivning og Bistand fra 2018) finder anvendelse på aftaleforholdet, medmindre andet fremgår af udbudsmaterialets bilag 4.Den fremtidige aftale indgås på grundlag af det udkast til rammeaftale, som forefindes i det samlede udbudsmateriale.Den udbudte rammeaftale er gældende fra d. 1. maj 2026 til den 30. april 2027, og er uopsigelig med begge parter. Herefter kan Ordregiver forlænge aftalen på uændrede vilkår i henhold til hovedaftalen i 3 \* 12 måneder, hvorfor aftalen ophører senest d. 30. april 2030.Den forventede årlige omsætning på aftalen udgør: DKK 750.000,00 ekskl. moms. Det samlede estimerede omsætning på rammeaftalen i hele aftaleperioden er DKK 3.000.000,00 ekskl. moms.
