## About this tender

Technologie hlavního města Prahy, a.s. (dále jen „Zadavatel“) zavádí dynamický nákupní systém na dodávky ochranných pracovních oděvů a pomůcek (dále jen „DNS“) dle ustanovení § 138 a násl. ZZVZ. Účelem tohoto zadávacího řízení je zavedení a užívání DNS na období čtyřicet osm (48) měsíců od zavedení DNS. DNS je rozdělen do kategorií podle § 138 odst. 1 ZZVZ podle vymezeného předmětu veřejných zakázek: 1. Ochranná pracovní obuv 2. Ochranné pracovní oděvy 3. Ochranné pracovní oděvy pro technické pracovní pozice 4. Ochranné pracovní pomůcky pro práci ve výškách 5. Specifické ochranné pracovní pomůcky
