Изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи (СМР) за прилагане на мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност в Обект на БАН: Сграда - Блок 11, находящ се в гр. София, ул. „Акад. Георги Бончев“, Научен комплекс на БАН - IV км. Строителните дейности \[строително-монтажните работи (СМР)\], възлагани с договора се изразяват основно, но не само, в следните дейности (работи): Топлоизолиране на фасадни стени; Подмяна на дограма; Топлинно изолиране на покрив; Топлинно изолиране на под (еркер, козирка); Подмяна на старите осветителни /ЛНЖ/ тела; Мерки по сградна отоплителна инсталация – подмяна на инсталация и отоплителни тела, Мерки за автоматично управление; Ремонт на покрива на сградата, подмяна на водосточни тръби и улуци, вкл. заустване; Подмяна мълниезащитни и заземителни инсталации; Осигуряване на пожарна безопасност; Осигуряване на достъпна среда; Категория на строежа: Трета категория, съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 3, букви „в“ и „ж“ и чл. 6, ал. 3, т. 4 от Наредба № 1 / 30.07.2003 г. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи. ЗП: 1659 кв.м. РЗП: 9502 кв.м по ЗУТ.
