Būvdarbi tiek īstenoti Eiropas Savienības kohēzijas politikas programmas 2021.–2027. gadam 2.5.1. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa “Ieguldījumi, kas atbalsta STEP mērķu sasniegšanu” ietvaros (vienošanās nr. 2.5.1.0/1/25/I/001) saskaņā ar 2024. gada 26. novembra Ministru kabineta noteikumiem Nr.751,,Eiropas Savienības kohēzijas politikas programmas 2021.–2027. gadam 2.5.1. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa “Ieguldījumi, kas atbalsta STEP mērķu sasniegšanu” īstenošanas noteikumi’’.
