[Statens vegvesen](https://tendernation.io/buyers/statens-vegvesen) Estimated value NOK 3,000,000 Published 17 Feb 2026 Deadline Closed 20 Mar 2026 ## Who can bid - Open procedure Anyone can submit a full tender; there is no shortlisting stage. ## About this tender The contracting authority would like tenders for a travel habit survey for the national road ferry connections. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for 16 national ferry services, which make up a central part of the national transport system. In addition to the existing ferry statistics, we have limited knowledge of who travels with the ferries and what needs they have. The last travel habit survey on the ferry was carried out in 2013 and updated insights are therefore required. In order to ensure an efficient, environmentally friendly and user friendly ferry offer, there is a need to supplement the current statistics with data on the ferry users ́ travel habits. The planned travel habit survey shall provide a comprehensive picture of travellers ́ purpose and need, contribute to a better decision basis for future contracts, competitive tendering and development of ferry services. ## CPV classification Market and economic research; polling and statistics IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support Data-processing services Data capture services Data collection and collation services Market research services Survey services Survey design services Survey conduction services Survey analysis services Source Tenders Electronic Daily (EU) · Notice 113158-2026 [View official notice](https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/113158-2026) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
