## About this tender

De opdracht betreft het leveren, plaatsen en gebruiksklaar opleveren van tijdelijke huisvesting. De beoogde bouwlocatie voor de tijdelijke huisvesting is aan de voorzijde van het bestaande schoolgebouw aan de Socrateslaan 24 te Zeist. Het hiervoor slopen van Socrateslaan 26, het verwijderen van de groenvoorziening en bestrating valt buiten deze opdracht. Voor meer informatie verwijzen wij u naar de aanbestedingsleidraad. De opdracht betreft het leveren, realiseren en na afloop verwijderen van tijdelijke onderwijshuisvesting ten behoeve van circa 760 leerlingen. De tijdelijke huisvesting dient qua omvang en functionele opzet vergelijkbaar te zijn met de huidige schoolaccomodatie van de opdrachtgever, met een totale bruto vloeroppervlakte van circa 5.218 m². De nadere gebruiksoppervlakten per ruimte is opgenomen in het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1. De typen ruimten en oppervlakten zijn indicatief en gebaseerd op de huidige situatie. Aan deze gegevens kunnen door inschrijvers geen rechten worden ontleend.
