The framework agreement shall ensure NFI an overall, cost efficient and predictable access to the necessary software licences and accompanying services. This shall support stable operation, ensure security and compliance, as well as enable flexible scaling in accordance with the organisation's strategic and ongoing needs. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in Annex 2, Requirement Specification, in the contracting authority ́s KGV. The contract will be valid for 2+2 years from when the contract is signed. The maximum contract period is 4 years. The contract will be automatically extended if NFI has not given written notification of termination at the latest three months before the first contract period expires.
