Le crématorium existant sera déconstruit après la mise en service du nouvel équipement. L'opération comprend également la réalisation des parkings et voiries du site. La zone technique accueille deux fours de crémation, les locaux techniques dédiés à la récupération de la chaleur fatale, ainsi que les locaux du personnel. A noter : les travaux devront s'effectuer en garantissant une continuité de fonctionnement du crématorium actuel.
