## About this tender

Předmětem soutěže je návrh architektonického a projektového řešení rekonstrukce stávající sýpky s přilehlým obytným domem a přístavba nového objektu, jehož objem bude přiměřený plánované investici. Území řešené v rámci soutěže se nachází v městském obvodu Svinov, v k.ú. Svinov. Objekt sýpky s navazujícím objektem obytného domu jsou nemovitou kulturní památkou. V současnosti jsou objekty ve špatném až havarijním stavu. V minulosti objekty střídaly vlastníky, kteří do údržby objektů investovali minimálně a nekoordinovanými přestavbami zasahovali do exteriéru i interiéru budov. Dle požadavku zadavatele bude do objektů umístěna městská knihovna a multifunkční sál. Řešené území je podrobně vymezeno v katastrální mapě. Předmětem soutěže je rovněž návrh urbanisticko-architektonických vazeb v širším kontextu zájmového území.
