The contracting authority is responsible for covering the total need for nursing home places in Oslo municipality, except in the Act on municipal health and care services. The contracting authority ́s aim is to give persons with a need for 24 hour nursing, rehabilitation and care the best possible offer within the approved political, economic and administrative frameworks in Oslo municipality.
