## About this tender

La délégation de service public pour l'exploitation du réseau de chaleur SYNER'GIE a été confiée en 2016 à DALKIA par LE MANS METROPOLE. A ce jour, le réseau de chaleur s'étend sur environ 50 km et alimente plus de 210 sous-stations situées dans les villes du Mans et d'Allonnes. L'avenant 4 nouvellement validé par l'autorité délégante permettra de prolonger ce réseau de plus de 20 km et d'alimenter près d'une centaine de nouvelles sous-stations d'ici 2029. Ce développement s'accompagnera par la construction d'une nouvelle chaufferie gaz de 16 MWth, l'installation d'une hydro-accumulation et la construction d'un atelier à la chaufferie existante des Bords de l'Huisne. Le programme de travaux en 2026 prévoit l'extension du réseau de chaleur urbain sur une longueur totale d'environ 5 km, l'installation du système d'hydro-accumulation et la construction de l'atelier.
