Das hierfür erforderliche Grundstück wurde am 01.06.2019 vom Kreis Recklinghausen erworben. Für die Planungs- und Bauleistungen (KG 200 - 700) wird gemäß der aktuell vorliegenden Prognose von Gesamtkosten in Höhe von ca. 12 Mio. EUR (brutto) ausgegangen. Die Inbetriebnahme des neuen Kreisbauhofes muss aufgrund der vorhandenen Mängel am bestehenden Standort zwingend bis Ende 2028 sichergestellt werden.
