The procurement shall continue standard products and cloud services with the accompanying services within a mainly equivalent product and service area. A contract shall be signed with one (1) tenderer. This procurement follows the procedure for negotiated procedure in two stages, qualification and tender phase. The contracting authority will choose which tenderers will be invited to submit a tender among those who fulfil the qualification requirements. This is the qualification phase; documentation for both phases is attached. The framework agreement period is 2+1+1 years. The estimated value over four years is NOK 200-240 million, excluding VAT.
