A dinamikus közbeszerzési eljárásba kerülő ingatlanok pontos végleges felsorolása jelenleg nem ismert, a Megrendelő a dinamikus beszerzési rendszer létrehozását követően folyamatosan fogja meghatározni. A tárgyi közbeszerzési eljárás vonatkozásában nem áll fenn egybeszámítási kötelezettség. A felújítással érintett ingatlanok köre: lakóingatlan, társasházi lakás és önálló lakóingatlan, nem lakáscélú ingatlan.
