Diese Vergabe beinhaltet die Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung Gebäude sowie die Fachplanung Bauphysik in 3 Losen für die Modernisierung des Empfangsgebäudes (EG) in Frankfurt-Höchst, Dalbergstraße. Die Planungsleistungen erfolgen nach BIM-Methodik. Die Leistungsphasen LPH 1-2 sollen übertragen werden. Optional sind die Leistungen LPH 3 - 6 bzw. 7 und 9 vorgesehen. Die Leistung ist in folgende 3 Lospakete aufgeteilt: Los 1: BIM-Objektplanung Gebäude; Los 2: BIM-Tragwerksplanung Gebäude und Los 3: BIM-Fachplanung Bauphysik.
