Строително – ремонтните работи (СРР), включени в настоящата поръчка по смисъла на т.43 от §5 на ДР на ЗУТ представляват текущ ремонт, за който съгласно чл.151, ал.1 от ЗУТ не се изисква издаване на разрешение за строеж.
