The residence must i.a. fulfil the requirements for climate, cf. the requirement specifications. The contracting authority reserves the right to conduct dialogue or negotiations with tenderers in the competition, see Tender document point 1.4 for further information. A framework agreement shall be signed for one year, with an option for an extension for a further 3 years, one year at a time. Sykehusinnkjøp HF is assisting OUS with the procurement.
