Projektová dokumentace bude vypracována ve stupni projektová dokumentace pro odstranění stavby a projektová dokumentace pro povolení záměru. Dále bude vybraným dodavatelem vypracována dokumentace pro výběr dodavatele stavebních prací (zhotovitele stavby) metodou Design & Build, jejíž součástí bude zejména kniha místností a standardů apod., a to na základě architektonického návrhu stavby a návrhu kácení a výstavby, které jsou součástí zadávací dokumentace\[IŠ1.1\]. Tyto dokumenty může zhotovitel pro přípravu dokumentace pro výběr dodavatele stavebních prací upravit či upřesnit.
