Obiectul procedurii de achiziţie publica îl constituie atribuirea acord cadru/ acorduri cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni de furnizare medicamente necesare tratamentului pacientilor Compartimentelor HIV respectiv sectiile Oncologie, HDR si Diabet, precum si alte sectii ale SJUR Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile.
