Het NIVIP is een onderdeel van de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) en is gevestigd op de locatie aan de Geertjesweg 15 te Wageningen. In een reeks van de diverse aanbestedingen de komende jaren betreft deze aanbesteding de inkoop van Directievoering en toezicht voor de Warmte-Koude Opslag (WKO)-installatie, bodemenergiecentrale, Hoofdgebouw en Quarantainelaboratorium (inclusief tijdelijke huisvesting). De opdracht betreft directievoering en toezicht voor de realisatie van de Warmte-Koude Opslag en de Renovatie het Hoofdgebouw en Quarantaine Lab (incl. tijdelijke huisvesting. De Directievoering en Toezicht wordt hij de realisatie van de Warmte-Koude Opslag bij het project betrokken vanaf de technisch ontwerpfase van de aannemer. Bij de renovatie van het HQTh wordt de Directievoering en Toezicht betrokken vanaf de technische ontwerpfase. De opdracht eindigt na het nazorgjaar van de aannemers.
