Ilość urządzeń określono w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 2) Na dzień publikacji ogłoszenia urządzenia są w stanie technicznym umożliwiającym dokonywanie wydruków. 3) Obsługa drukarek przez Wykonawcę tj. serwis, naprawa i wymiana materiałów eksploatacyjnych będzie świadczona w komórkach i jednostkach Policji woj. małopolskiego w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach od 8:00 do 15:00. 4) W cenie oferty należy uwzględnić wszelkie koszty usługi tj.: eksploatację sprzętu, jego zużycie, zużycie materiałów eksploatacyjnych (za wyjątkiem papieru) oraz wszelkie koszty związane z realizacją usługi (w tym ewentualne koszty serwisu i naprawy). Zamawiający nie ponosi innych kosztów niż cena 1 strony czarno-białego wydruku proporcjonalnie do ich ilości. 5) Zamawiający podzielił postępowanie na 5 zadań: Zadanie nr 1 KWP Kraków Zadanie nr 2 KMP Kraków Zadanie nr 3 KMP Nowy Sącz, KPP Limanowa, KPP Nowy Targ, KPP Zakopane Zadanie nr 4 KMP Tarnów, KPP Bochnia, KPP Brzesko, KPP Dąbrowa Tarnowska, KPP Gorlice, KPP Proszowice, KPP Wieliczka Zadanie nr 5 KPP Chrzanów, KPP Miechów, KPP Myślenice, KPP Olkusz, KPP Oświęcim, KPP Sucha Beskidzka, KPP Wadowice, KPP Kraków Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 6) Przewidywane ilości wydruku podane w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Formularz ofertowy są wartościami prognozowanymi. Wartości te wskazane są jedynie w celu wyboru oferty najkorzystniejszej przez Zamawiającego oraz nie stanowią zobowiązania Zamawiającego wobec Wykonawcy. Zamawiający gwarantuje wykonanie umowy na poziomie min. 70% wydruków określonych w dokumentacji postępowania, w odniesieniu do każdego z zadań osobno. 7) 2. Termin wykonania zamówienia: 36 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy, lecz nie dłużej niż do wyczerpania kwoty na jaką zostanie zawarta umowa.
