SÚ Libeň v k.ú. Libeň. Předmět zakázky je složen z těchto částí: Část 1: PD pro rekonstrukci provozní haly železničních kolejových vozidel („ŽKV“) SÚ Libeň 0P31 (6. kolejná hala) Část 2: Studie proveditelnosti optimalizace využití areálu ČD, a.s. SÚ Libeň. Pro vyloučení pochybností zadavatel uvádí, že nejde o veřejnou zakázku rozdělenou na části a dodavatel tak podává jedinou nabídku na celý předmět veřejné zakázky. Předmět veřejné zakázky je specifikován v Závazném vzoru Smlouvy (příloha č. 1 zadávací dokumentace) („Smlouva“). Smlouvu dle § 124 ZZVZ zadavatel uzavře s vybraným dodavatelem. Vybraným dodavatelem se stane účastník zadávacího řízení, kterého zadavatel vybere na základě pravidel pro hodnocení nabídek uvedených v čl. 8 této ZD k uzavření smlouvy („vybraný dodavatel“) v souladu se ZZVZ a touto ZD.
