Gebäudewirtschaft / Erweiterung und Sanierung Schulzentrum-Nord - Errichtung einer Trafostation Für das Schulzentrum Nord ist geplant, das Hauptgebäude im Jahr 2027 vollständig zu sanieren. Zudem wird die Schule aktuell durch ein Neubaugebäude erweitert. Beide Gebäude sollen an die neu zu errichtende Trafostation angeschlossen werden. Die neue Trafostation ist als Kompaktstation vorzusehen. Zusätzlich ist geplant, die Interim-Containeranlage an die Trafostation anzuschließen und darüber zu versorgen. Es ist geplant, dass eine Trafo-Kompaktstation mit einem 800 kVA-Transformator die beiden Gebäude versorgt. Die Kompaktstation muss alle Komponenten für die Installation von zwei PV-Anlagen, Neubau ca. 65 kW und Bestandsbau ca. 340 kW, und einer Gesamtgroße von größer 405 kW beinhalten (Anforderungen VDE AR N 4110 für Anlagen > 270 kW) sowie einen Datenschrank.
