Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Erstellung eines digitalen BIM-Bestandsmodells. Dieses soll auf der Basis von vorhandenen Vermessungsdaten und -plänen des AG entwickelt werden. Zusätzlich sollen in den wesentlichen Bereichen die im Untergrund verlegten Versorgungsleitungen mit Hilfe eines Georadars aufgezeichnet, mit den Bestandsplänen und der bestehenden Vermessung abgeglichen und in das BIM-Modell integriert werden.
