[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender 3.1 Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zhotovení komplexní projektové dokumentace a provedení souvisejících činností dle zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon (dále jen „stavební zákon“), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, jakožto i v souladu s dalšími relevantními právními předpisy a příslušnými normami za účelem realizace stavebních prací spočívajících úpravách a opravách vnějších omítek fasád, výměny oken a vstupních dveří a oprav střech a střešních krovů vybraných bytových domů v areálu Psychiatrické nemocnice Bohnice (dále jen „předmět plnění“). 3.2 Součástí předmětu plnění je zejména: a) provedení mykologického průzkumu spočívajícím v odborném posouzení stavu dřevěných prvků, které odhaluje napadení dřevokaznými houbami, plísněmi a hmyzem. Průzkum zahrnuje vizuální kontrolu, odběr vzorků a jejich laboratorní analýzu, a ásledné vypracování mykologického posudku v písemné podobě s doporučeními na sanaci a ochranu, a to před vyhotovením DPS; b) vypracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni "Dokumentace pro provádění stavby" podle stavebního zákona a vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., v platném znění (dále jen „DPS“) pro stavební úpravy a opravy bytových domů spočívajících v úpravách a opravách vnějších omítek fasád, výměny oken a vstupních dveří a oprav střech a střešních krovů těchto bytových domů v areálu zadavatele dle požadavků dále specifikovaných v této zadávací dokumentaci, c) poskytnutí neomezené výhradní licence k libovolnému užití výstupů vytvořených dodavatelem (autorského dílo), včetně oprávnění k úpravám/změnám výstupů provedených zadavatelem nebo prostřednictvím třetí osoby.
