A travers ce marché, La Poste souhaite bénéficier de la fourniture d’une nouvelle solution de gestion des habilitations (IGA : Identity Gouvernance Administration), brique logicielle essentielle pour sécuriser, gérer et contrôler les droits d’accès à ses Systèmes d’Information. La solution doit se conformer au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD). Le traitement des données de La Poste, y compris l’hébergement, la sauvegarde et/ou la consultation devra impérativement être localisé au sein de l'Union Européenne (UE), d’un pays de l’Espace Economique Européen (EEE), d’un pays reconnu comme adéquat par l’Union Européenne. La solution doit également respecter la Politique de Sécurité des SI du Groupe La Poste (PSSIG). Le dossier de consultation qui sera envoyé aux candidats sélectionnés précisera les éléments liés à ces exigences. Le marché n’est pas alloti et est mono attributaire.
