The Framework Agreement will have an initial duration of five years. Avinor will have an option to further extend the duration of the contract by a period of three years, giving a maximum possible contract duration of eight years. In addition to the Purchase Contract, Avinor intends to enter into a Maintenance Contract for such services as will normally be provided through such a vessel. The Maintenance Contract shall be valid for a minimum period of 10 years, followed by automatic yearly renewals. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is NOK 90 000 000.
