В обхвата на поръчката се включва изпълнение на текущ ремонт с цел да се гарантира нормална функционалност и безопасност, и удължаване на експлоатационната годност на сградният фонд и повишаване сигурността на обектите към ЕЦ за УВД. Ремонтните дейности включват подмяна на фасадна облицовка при блок 5 и външен централен вход на ЕЦ за УВД, както и подмяна на хидроизолацията и настилката при терасата на ведомствен ресторант, в обем, посочен в Техническата спецификация, приложена към преписката на обществената поръчка.​​​​​
