Vypracovanie PD v zmysle Zákona č.25/2025 Z.z. Stavebný zákon a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov a súvisiacich Vyhlášok v stupni Stavebný zámer (ďalej len „DSZ“) a Projekt stavby (ďalej len „PS“), s náležitosťami Vykonávacieho projektu, potrebných pre získanie rozhodnutia o stavebnom zámere a overenie projektu stavby vrátane výkonu dohľadu projektanta nad zhotovovaním stavby a autorského dohľadu (ďalej len „DP/AD“) nad uskutočňovaním stavebných prác podľa predloženej PD. Účelom je vypracovanie PD s návrhom technického riešenia rekonštrukcie predmetného úseku cesty I/67 z dôvodu jej nevyhovujúceho stavebno-technického stavu, spôsobeného vplyvom dopravnej záťaže. Cieľom stavby je kompletná rekonštrukcia predmetného úseku cesty I/67.
