Jedná se o zateplení fasády a výměnu otvorů u stávající administrativní budovy „A“+“B“+“C“ (Dle PD). Střechy u objektů „B“ a „C“ byly již v minulosti zatepleny, a proto nově bude zateplena pouze střecha u objektu „A“ (dle PD). Dále se jedná o výměnu osvětlení v objektech „A“, „B“ a „C“, která je uvedena v přílohách této Smlouvy. Osvětlení bude měněno na základě výkazu výměr a soupis měněných svítidel určí Objednatel (jedná se o 150ks).
