Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja alapján, az esetenkénti megrendelés, a 104. § (3) bekezdés szerinti keretmegállapodásban meghatározott feltételek szerint, az ajánlatkérő által közvetlen megrendelés útján a 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja szerint kiválasztott ajánlattevőtől történik. Ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 50. §. (2) d) foglalt követelményeknek a keretösszeg megadásával a hirdetményben megfelel, tekintettel Kbt. 3. §. 18. foglaltakra. Keretösszeg: nettó 962 000 000 Ft. Keretösszeg meghatározásakor a várható érték+30% os mennyiségi eltéréssel került meghatározásra.
