Le présent avis d'appel public à la concurrence ne concerne pas les lots 6 et 7 traités dans le cadre d'une consultation distincte passée en procédure adaptée en application des articles L2123-1-3° et R.2123- 1-2° du code de la commande publique - Les candidats peuvent répondre à un ou plusieurs lots. - En application des dispositions de l'article L2112-2 du code de la commande publique, l'exécution du marché comporte une clause obligatoire d'insertion par l'activité économique (sauf lot 16 et 18). - Le marché débute à compter de sa notification et se termine à la fin du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement. Le délai d'exécution du marché est de 16 mois dont 2 mois de période de préparation de chantier. - Les variantes sont autorisées pour tous les lots. Les modalités de leur présentation sont indiquées dans les documents de la consultation - Les lots 1, 3, 5, 10, 11, 13, 16 et 17 font l'objet de prestations supplémentaires éventuelles avec chiffrage obligatoire. - A l'exception des lots 1 et 2, il sera appliqué sur les sommes dues à titre d'acompte, une retenue de garantie de 5 % (3 % si le titulaire du marché est une petite ou moyenne entreprise mentionnée à l'article R2151-13 du code de la commande publique). Cette retenue pourra être remplacée par une garantie à première demande. - Pour les lots n°3, 4, 10 et 11, en cas de versement d'une avance, celle-ci ne pourra être versée qu'après la constitution, par le titulaire, d'une garantie à première demande couvrant la totalité de l'avance.
